One story, one table.
Casa Aurelia was born from a desire to bring the most authentic Italian table to a room that honors its rigor and its slowness. Every recipe comes from a precise regional tradition; every evening is conceived as a complete story, from the first glass to the last spoonful.
We don't serve dishes. We serve memory: of Bologna's markets, Langhe's cellars, the Amalfi coast.

The Chef
Thirty-five years in one pot.
Trained between Bologna and Turin, the Chef brings to Casa Aurelia a rigor learned in Michelin-starred kitchens and never abandoned: few ingredients, chosen with obstinacy, worked without shortcuts.
